As head of Colourtex, I derive fair amount of satisfaction having steered the organisation in to position of strength and leadership in the domestic dyestuff industry.

In these four decades, all my thoughts and actions have been to enhance the life of my organisation by serving the textile industry with complete dedication.

With a team of 1500 people, my efforts are to further expand and consolidate Colourtex market share to cover the entire range of textile and leather coloration.

Going forward on the success in polyester dyes, I am investing in backward integration of cellulosic dyes capacities, in which I see great future for Indian textile industry and Colourtex.

With the development of a range of textile and leather performance chemicals I see great scope in providing total solution to our valued customers. This will be an area of priority.

Being a market leader, I own great responsibility to safeguard customer interest. All my efforts shall be to impart judicious product information, maintain business transparency and share strong bond of trust with my customer.

Association with leading MNCs as supplier of dyes for textile and non-textile applications in past two decades has brought to Colourtex enormous awareness and knowledge on environment and human safety in dyestuff manufacturing activities. Today all the manufacturing sites at Colourtex are ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified.

Ecological considerations in dyestuff manufacturing and their usage are paramount to Colourtex and I shall ensure full compliance of such norms in all activities of the organisation.

I cherish a vision to create “a world class dyestuff company” in Colourtex by 2020.
